Skilled Administrative Support Professional with over 20 Years' Experience

Hi, I’m Caroline. I became a Virtual Assistant in 2020, after spending many years working across Europe and the UK. My background includes roles in Germany, France, Ireland and Kent, and later 14 years at the University for the Creative Arts in a mix of administrative, office management and communications positions. I also worked at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) and the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in academic support and admissions roles.
 

All of this experience has shaped how I work today. As a freelance Virtual Assistant based in Kent, I support clients with anything from website updates and social media content to admin and larger projects. Whether you need occasional help or ongoing support, I’m here to make things easier and free up your time for what matters most.

I've been working with Caroline for a few years now and find her a delight to work with. Caroline manages my social media posts and email campaigns and helps me deliver ongoing value to my audience. Caroline always delivers and provides suggestions to take things to the next level.
